Meeting with Site Supervisor

I meet with Dr. Danny Lovett on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 at Region 5 ESC about my draft Intern Plan. We reviewed the activites I have completed and Dr. Lovett suggested a few timelines to change as he feels it would be good to review these activites and update them for the ESC.
I have revised Activity timelines for activities 1, 4, 5, 8.11,15,19,30
I have also increase the data collection software to review and provide/attend professional development in activity 3, Edited activiy 5 and 15 for current activities in those areas.

Although I have worked on and put definiate dates on many of the projects that fall into the various competencies, Dr. Lovett  reminded me that these are on-going processes and that I will continue to work on these throughout my job here at the ESC.   I put final dates for the Intern Plan purposes.

Interview with David Hicks

I interviewed an Ex-Superintendent who is now an Associate Executive Director at Region 5 ESC.  The interview process was interesting and I really enjoyed hearing his thoughts on being a Superintendents.  He sees a bigger picture now that we works with the ESC.  But no matter how big of picture we see, Kids are still and always will be the main focus!
